Job description

STRONG Manufacturers is looking for an energetic Customer Service Account Manager Specialist to forge meaningful relationships with new and current customers in order to expand their portfolios and provide outstanding customer service that meets their every need. This is an in-house sales and customer service support role.

Strengths we need from you:

  • Build and maintain relationships with STRONG customers
  • Inside sales support such as managing and growing the account's book of business
  • Introduce, educate and sell new/enhanced product lines
  • Process orders
  • Troubleshoot and solve order technicalities
  • Sample fulfillment support as needed
  • Update and maintain daily activities in company CRM
  • Help build sales and marketing programs that include, but are not limited to, process improvement admin activities
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the most efficient experience for on-boarding new customers and expanding current portfolios
  • Out-bound and in-bound phone activities such as proactively calling accounts to introduce products, and receiving/fielding general customer inquiries
