Refund policy


For damages to goods that may occur during shipment to a customer, STRONG reserves the right to either credit the customer full price for goods or re-ship replacement goods as soon as possible. For proof of damage STRONG may require customer to send back damaged goods for evaluation.

Returns for any reason other than Strong shipment error will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Customers are fully responsible for all freight charges both ways. A request for return must be made and authorized through our corporate office. Tradex will only issue credit for products returned in good salable condition and in original packaging.

Any product over 150 days old from date of purchase will not be accepted for credit.
