Objectives of this Role
· Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s needs for each industry, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
· Onboard new reps by teaching them about our products and providing them with appropriate materials
· Manage the full rep lifecycle: helping management find, train, and retain quality reps.
· Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive reps.
· Work and form relationships with independent reps/rep groups to better understand their needs and skills.
· Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality reps

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRMs, and internet search
Salary will be commensurate with experience. This job has additional built-in sales incentives as well.
